Friends of Center Roughrider Athletics

The Friends of Center Roughrider Athletics is to raise money that can be distributed to all female and male sports within the Center Athletic Program. The need for supplemental funding arises from the fact that current budgets are relatively small compared to the number of participants resulting in inadequate funding for many sports. The goal is to ensure all sports are adequately funded so they have the proper equipment and safety protocols.

The goal of the organization is to raise $500,000.00 over the course of five years through donations and various community events. Once reached, the annual earned proceeds are to be distributed to the Center Athletic Dept. A secondary goal is to use the annual earned proceeds to provide scholarships to student athletes graduating high school and looking to continue their education or vocational schooling.
